Special Projects

Save the Strays is a special project and joint venture with Safe Haven Puppy Sanctuary Inc. All donations made to Save the Strays (noted or tagged for Hughes) are tax deductible. Please like our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/savethehughesstrays/

Well if you need to get your puppy fix, then you came to the right place!  Check out our Recommended Websites page to see where we buy our Antlers for our puppies to chew on instead of the typical rawhides.

Welcome to the hub of Safe Haven Puppy Sanctuary, we are based out of the Cookeville / Crossville, TN area.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit so all donations are tax deductible (if you itemize deductions).

Right now we are a foster-based program.

We are always looking for new local foster homes to help us with our rescue mission. Have you always wondered if you could foster? Well let me tell you, yes you can! Check out our Volunteer Opportunities page for more information on how you can take a homeless animal into your home and be a part of their journey to their forever home.

We can only do what we do because people make the choice to help by donating and we appreciate every donation, every dollar goes to the puppies and their journey to finding their forever homes. So, as much as we hate to beg, PLEASE DONATE TO THE PUPPIES, by checking out our Donate Page. Remember, donations are tax deductible! We welcome corporate sponsorships and re-occurring monthly donations!

Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget you can follow us on Facebook too!

Please always make the choice to spay / neuter your pets, for their sake and yours!
